Creating a promo video for Netflix is always a fun task in that you can create a new design language for each piece. For this piece starring Marlon Wayans, Netflix's content team wanted something crisp, preppy and just a bit internet-y. Because how can you do a Tik-Tok challenge mash-up without the internet? Using glitchy animation with sparse design, a simple but solid design was created.

Main title animation for My First Job . . .
When creating animated GFX, not everything makes it to the end stage. This project in particular “My First Job with the cast of The Society” was commissioned by Netflix showcasing the early jobs of actors before they made it big. Using collage style animation, the piece animated the silly aspects of something everyone can relate to.
