Opening titles for the feature film Big Stone Gap. Directed by Adriana Trigiani.
Starring Ashley Judd and Whoopi Goldberg, Big Stone Gap is feature that combines the passion of The Trail of the Lonesome Pine with the whimsy of a romance novel. The title / credits were styled to reflect both the late 1970’s and the Appalachian setting. For the release, a hat and t-shirt were created both bearing the logo.
